Transformation Programme Manager | Daily Rate Contract

Dublin Contract DOE

Role Overview

Transformation Programme Manager | Daily Rate Contract | Dublin Hybrid

We are partnering with a large international consumer business to appoint an experienced Transformation Programme Manager for a significant group-wide programme.

This is a senior, hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can take ownership of a complex programme, bring structure to ambiguity and maintain momentum across multiple interconnected workstreams.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination across business, data, technology, governance, organisation design, business case and stakeholder engagement. This is not a passive reporting or PMO position. The Programme Manager will be expected to anticipate issues, drive decisions, challenge delays and hold stakeholders accountable for delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent programme workstreams.

  • Translate the programme vision into a clear, actionable delivery plan.

  • Ensure activities are correctly prioritised and sequenced.

  • Identify and actively manage risks, dependencies and delivery blockers.

  • Establish and maintain effective programme governance.

  • Lead Steering Committee meetings and provide clear executive-level reporting.

  • Drive accountability for actions, decisions and commitments.

  • Coordinate discovery activities and help shape the programme roadmap.

  • Align senior stakeholders across the group.

  • Build consensus where business and technology priorities differ.

  • Ensure delivery remains focused on business value and strategic outcomes.

  • Create clarity and direction as the programme continues to evolve.

Experience Required

  • Significant experience leading complex business transformation, digital or data programmes.

  • Demonstrable ownership of programmes involving multiple interconnected workstreams.

  • Experience establishing programme structure, governance and delivery plans.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.

  • Experience working across business, technology, data and operational functions.

  • Proven ability to lead programmes through ambiguity or discovery.

  • Strong risk, dependency and decision management experience.

  • Experience operating across multiple regions or business units.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication and consensus-building skills.

The Successful Candidate

You will be a proactive programme leader who takes genuine ownership of delivery. You will be comfortable entering an evolving environment, identifying what is missing and putting the structure in place to move the programme forward.

You will know when to facilitate, when to challenge and when a decision needs to be escalated. Most importantly, you will bring pace, clarity and accountability without waiting for detailed direction.

What Success Looks Like

  • Workstreams operate cohesively rather than independently.

  • Stakeholders remain aligned and engaged in programme delivery.

  • Risks and dependencies are identified and addressed early.

  • Decisions are made by the right people at the right time.

  • Actions and commitments are followed through.

  • The programme maintains momentum and remains focused on measurable business outcomes.
