We are partnering with one of Ireland’s leading arts and live entertainment organisations to recruit a Digital & Social Media Account Manager to join its PR & Marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, social-first marketer who wants to work in a fast-paced environment surrounded by live events, entertainment and culture. You’ll take ownership of social media activity, create engaging content and develop digital campaigns around a busy calendar of productions and events.
The Role
You’ll work closely with the wider PR & Marketing team to develop and deliver digital campaigns that grow audiences, drive engagement and bring productions and events to life online.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies across a varied calendar of productions.
- Manage day-to-day content across key social platforms, including posting, editing and optimisation.
- Create engaging, creative content designed to grow followers, reach and engagement.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns across a range of productions.
- Identify social trends and opportunities and turn them into relevant, timely content.
- Use analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
- Create written content across social, digital and weekly email marketing campaigns.
- Support website content and ongoing optimisation of the online customer experience.
- Create engaging social content around opening nights, media days and talent-led events.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop new content ideas and campaigns.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strong digital skills with genuine creativity and a passion for social media.
Ideally, you will have:
- 3+ years’ experience within social media, digital marketing or digital communications.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong knowledge of social trends, platforms and best practices.
- Experience using social media management and analytics tools.
- A creative mindset and the ability to spot opportunities for engaging content.
- Experience within arts, entertainment, live events, culture or a similarly creative environment would be a major advantage.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office.
- A genuine interest in PR, marketing, arts and entertainment.
