Online Merchandising Manager
We’re recruiting an Online Merchandising Manager for an established and growing eCommerce business in Dublin.
This is a hands-on role combining online merchandising, product and category management with leadership of a small, experienced team.
The business is entering an exciting period of growth, moving into a larger premises and warehouse which will allow it to expand its product range and introduce new categories over the coming months.
The role
You’ll lead a team of three while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day management and improvement of a large eCommerce website.
Responsibilities will include:
Initially, there will be a strong focus on reviewing and improving the existing product catalogue. Longer term, the position will become increasingly focused on new categories, website improvements and wider eCommerce projects.
What we’re looking for
We’re open to someone who is already managing an eCommerce or merchandising team, but we’re equally interested in an experienced eCommerce professional ready to take their first formal step into people management.
Ideally, you’ll have:
What’s more important is having the confidence, organisation and communication skills to lead an experienced team, set clear priorities and make sure work gets delivered.
This could be a particularly good opportunity for someone who has become the senior or go-to person within their current eCommerce team and is ready for more responsibility.
