Master Data Manager – Dublin (Hybrid)

We are partnering with a well-known business operating across multiple international markets that is seeking a Master Data Manager to join its Data and Applications team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving and managing critical business data across multiple systems, while leading a team and driving continuous process improvements.

Working closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing and IT, you’ll help ensure high-quality master data that supports business performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Master Data team, providing coaching, guidance and day-to-day support.

• Drive improvements to master data processes and data governance.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of business-critical data across multiple systems.

• Monitor team performance, workloads, KPIs and service levels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues and improve business processes.

• Support data-related projects, system enhancements and process initiatives.

• Maintain high standards of data quality while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Mentor and support the Master Data team, providing day-to-day guidance and ensuring workloads are effectively managed

About You

• Previous experience in a Master Data Management, Data Governance or Data Quality role.

• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems, with SAP experience.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve data quality issues.

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business functions.

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
