There is no question that the pandemic has shaped our buying behaviors as well as how we do business. There is a high demand for those with skills in areas such as:

High Demand but Low Supply:
In Ireland, there has always been a skills gap within ‘Digital’ however this is being exacerbated by the current market dynamic. The psychological impact of the pandemic cannot be underestimated when looking to hire. Despite this highly competitive talent market, we have noted a significant lengthening of hiring timeframes in 2021.
