Connexus Recruit is partnering exclusively with an established retailer to recruit a Supply Chain & Master Data Specialist.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of how products move through the business, improve availability and lead projects that strengthen supply chain performance. You’ll combine commercial decision-making with hands-on systems and data work, with the scope to influence processes and deliver measurable improvements.

The opportunity

• Improve inventory and replenishment performance, balancing availability, stockholding and cost.
• Lead supplier onboarding into planning systems, coordinating requirements, testing and implementation.
• Own supply chain improvement projects from initial brief through delivery and adoption.
• Monitor supplier and logistics performance, resolve issues and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Maintain accurate product master data and strengthen the controls supporting it.
• Work closely with commercial, finance and operational teams on product introductions, promotions and business changes.
• Turn analysis into practical recommendations and more effective ways of working.

About you

You’ll bring experience across supply chain, inventory or replenishment, alongside a good understanding of product master data and planning systems. Retail, FMCG or wholesale experience would be particularly relevant.

You’ll need strong commercial judgement, confidence managing stakeholders and clear examples of projects you have personally delivered end to end.

This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact in an evolving business.

Based fully onsite in South Dublin, with flexible start and finish times.
