On-Trade Sales Executive

Dublin City & South County Dublin | Field Based

Are you an experienced field sales professional with a strong background selling into pubs, hotels and restaurants?

We’re partnering with a well-established Irish drinks distributor to recruit an experienced On-Trade Sales Executive to join their growing sales team.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an established territory while also identifying and winning new business across the licensed trade.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities throughout your territory.

Working with a broad portfolio of beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks, you’ll become a trusted partner to your customers, helping them grow their business while delivering commercial success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing new business across pubs, hotels and restaurants.
• Managing and growing existing customer relationships.
• Delivering sales, revenue and margin targets.
• Introducing customers to the company’s online ordering platform.
• Planning and managing your territory effectively.
• Working closely with customer service, marketing and logistics teams.
• Supporting promotional activity, brand activations and trade events.

About You

We’re looking for someone who already understands the licensed trade and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

You’ll ideally have:

• Proven field sales experience within the drinks or FMCG sector.
• Experience selling into pubs, hotels, restaurants or the wider hospitality industry.
• A strong track record of winning new business.
• Excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.
• The ability to manage your own territory with minimal supervision.
• A full clean driving license.
